# Query result status code

Each time a query succeeds or fails, a code object is returned.

| Code | Description                                                                                 |
| ---- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| 200  | Query successful                                                                            |
| 400  | Error in querying IP address                                                                |
| 401  | Access key error                                                                            |
| 402  | Your package has been used up. Please settle the excess charges or renew your subscription. |
| 408  | Network delay, request processing time is too long                                          |
| 500  | An unknown internal error occurred.                                                         |
| 501  | The access IP address is not included in the whitelist.                                     |
